Vijay Stambha, Chittorgarh.

Vijay Stambha (Tower of Victory) is a nine story monument built between 1442 and 1449 by the Mewar king Rana Kumbah. Inside there is a stairwell leading to the top, adorned with hindu carvings. Sadly however, nearly all of the carvings show signs of deliberate damage, particularly the faces of the numerous figures.
