An Attempt on Kjeragbolten

Occasionally, the strategy of "head down and plough through" isn't quite enough to get you there on time, and the only option left is to pack it in and leave the goal for another day. This was one such time, and Kjeragbolten, the fabled boulder wedged in a crack above a 984-metre deep crevasse above a fjord, was our target. Despite our humiliating defeat, the stunning, vertigo-inducing terrain made it well worth the trip and definitely warrants a second visit. Until next time, "Kjeragbolten".
